I used to weigh over 200 lbs and have lost over 50 lbs by gradually incorporating Low Carb Foods and recipes into my daily meals.
I have tried many expensive Fad Diets that never keep the weight off for me.... but I had never tried Low Carb-Keto.
I was afraid it was too strict and also I am not a big meat eater.
